[On-demand webinar] Go the extra "forms" mile
Forms are a part of daily business from doctor offices to insurance
claims to new hire forms. That doesn't mean they have to look bad
or be difficult to fill out. With clean, well-designed forms provided
electronically, customers and employees can provided needed
information to your business quickly and painlessly.
In this webinar, we showed you how employees without coding skills
can use frevvo's platform to design beautiful forms that meet
real business requirements, work on mobile devices and can be
created or modified rapidly. All requirements can be met 100%
visually with zero code.
In the webinar, we covered the following topics:
Drag & drop form design:
We showed you how to drag and drop from a rich palette of
controls to easily design forms without coding. Sophisticated
layouts, collapsible sections, repeating controls,
automatic validation e.g. email address or date, e-signatures,
and more are all built in.
100% Visual Business Logic:
We demonstrated the visual rule builder, using which
customers are creating dynamic forms to pre-fill fields,
perform calculations, show/hide fields and more
SQL Database Forms:
We demonstrated examples of forms connected to a SQL database.
An order form dynamically pulls customer records, order
records and order line items from the database without
writing any code. We also showed a master-detail form
connected to the same database – a common example in the
Google Sheets/Drive/Maps connectivity:
We also showed examples of highly dynamic forms that
read and write to
a Google sheet, upload documents to Google Drive, connect
with Google Maps to automatically calculate mileage for
travel reimbursement. Users can also use their Google credentials
to login to frevvo.
PDF Generation, Multi-language and more:
We also showed a form that generates a Federal W-4 from your
online form data, an emergency contact form that users can
fill out in one language e.g. Chinese but office employees
can read in a different language e.g. English.
SharePoint, Active Directory, Single Sign On, SAML:
We also discussed frevvo's ability to write data and
documents to SharePoint Online, integrate with AD or other
LDAP system for authentication and authorization, or setup
single sign on and SAML for authentication.
