[On-Demand Webinar] How to Automate PO Workflows

Universities commonly use a purchase order process for cost control. At Central Wyoming College, this process was paper-based resulting in delays, errors and frustration.

In this webinar, CWC's CIO John Wood demonstrated how they used frevvo to automate and streamline their purchase order process.

In the webinar, we covered the following topics:

  • Automated PO processes save money: John showed how the new process is much more streamlined and efficient. In particular, it has dramatically reduced errors compared to the paper-based process.
  • Using Visual Rule Builder: The webinar also introduced viewers to the visual rule builder and how easy it is for anyone to create dynamic forms with business logic. We showed how to add formulas, create dynamic drop-downs, pre-populate data, enable multiple entries, and perform conditional routing.
  • Defining Workflow Process: Depending on your approval workflow and considering your unique business needs, you can define the workflow by setting up the routing, exceptions, notifications and escalations. The automated workflow now enforces business constraints ensuring that task get completed correctly and quickly.
