Gateway to College National Network (GtCNN) is a national nonprofit organization that’s tackling the dropout crisis and catalyzing change across developmental education in college.

GtCNN is experiencing rapid growth, with dozens of partner programs across the country. Despite this growth, the organization is still using processes that were designed when it was much smaller. It has become increasingly critical to accurately harvest contact information for their large and growing national user base. Since harvesting contacts is a manual process, it is becoming very time-intensive.

Registration for their annual conference is also getting cumbersome. GtCNN had also recently rolled out Confluence (with Crowd) to their user base and did not want to overwhelm them with yet another request for contact information.
